

The present study was conducted with the aim of "the effect of organizational culture on employee accountability with emphasis on the ethical charter in Imam Khomeini Social Security Hospital in Arak" in a descriptive-causal method. The statistical population of the study was all managers and experts of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Arak Social Security, 477 people, of which 141 people were selected by simple random sampling. To collect the data, a questionnaire with 33 questions based on the Likert five-choice spectrum was used. The Cameron and Quinn (2006) questionnaire was used for questions related to organizational culture, the Ebrahimipour and Rezazadeh questionnaires (2015) were used for general answers, and the researcher-made questionnaire was used for the ethical charter. Its validity has been confirmed by the tutor and its reliability has been confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha (0.902). The collected data were then analyzed using spss23 and Lisrel 8.80 software using structural equation testing. The results showed that group culture, special culture, market culture and hierarchical culture with emphasis on moral charter have a positive and significant effect on accountability; The results also showed that organizational culture with an emphasis on the ethical charter had a positive and significant effect on public accountability, which was the strongest effect of hierarchical culture.
