ABSTRACT
The automobile industry is one of the most competitive industries in the world. It is essential for companies to be flexible in order to meet the needs of their customers. In order to be flexible, they need a good strategy, and agile is the best solution. Having a good supply chain is one of the most important aspects of manufacturing in the automobile industry. Automobile suppliers in Iran lack flexibility and speed when it comes to responding to changes in product lines. The study examined the agile supply chains of 10 Iranian companies that produce and assemble cars. This study used fuzzy TOPSIS based on the agile supply chain model to determine 12 criteria for this goal. Compared to companies that produce the cars themselves, companies that assemble and import them are more agile in their supply chains.
